Yolanda has worked with a wide variety of corporate, government and not-for-profit clients. Yolanda is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
She takes a fun yet deeply reflective, evidence-based approach to her work, which encompasses meeting design, facilitation, graphic recording, and studio projects. She has an Undergraduate degree in Microbiology (of all things!) as well as a Master’s of Arts with a focus on risk perception. She previously worked in health care research for over 7 years. She’s also a pretty rad keyboard player in a cover band called Step Out Sister, with hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s…and maybe a song or two from this century. Needless to say, she is a lifelong learner and doesn’t take herself too seriously since there is always more to learn.
