Renatta Algalarrondo

Renatta is a life-long visual artist and a professional Visual Practitioner for over 15 years. She has been recording live and virtual meetings for executives, boards and their teams, creating illustrations and custom charts and facilitating idea walls at small and large events.

Renatta is often called upon to do simultaneous, live recording of international, multi-cultural events in three languages (Spanish, Portuguese and English) for many of the largest institutions across industries and around the world. Since 2014, she has served as a Board Member for the IFVP – International Forum of Visual Practitioners, the global professional association for the field.

Sharon Zeugin

Graphic Recorder/Calligrapher

Sharon is an award-winning calligrapher, artist and instructor. In addition to making and teaching art, Sharon is a visual practitioner specializing in custom maps, graphic recording and sketch notes.

She makes art and teaches workshops in her Austin, Texas studio, and throughout the USA, Canada and Italy & Spain. In addition to being a faculty member of numerous international calligraphy conferences, Sharon was a Program Coordinator for the Literally Letters Program at Ghost Ranch, New Mexico, and faculty member of the Austin Contemporary Art School.

Sara is driven by partnering with groups to enable them to think and act on a human level, in their personal lives, their professional environments and in the world at large. Her focus is on working with organizations that strive to bring socio-economic, ecological and spiritual well-being into the world.

Yolanda Liman

Yolanda has worked with a wide variety of corporate, government and not-for-profit clients. Yolanda is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

She takes a fun yet deeply reflective, evidence-based approach to her work, which encompasses meeting design, facilitation, graphic recording, and studio projects. She has an Undergraduate degree in Microbiology (of all things!) as well as a Master’s of Arts with a focus on risk perception. She previously worked in health care research for over 7 years. She’s also a pretty rad keyboard player in a cover band called Step Out Sister, with hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s…and maybe a song or two from this century. Needless to say, she is a lifelong learner and doesn’t take herself too seriously since there is always more to learn.

Play is a public listener, visual facilitator, knowledge worker (KW) and scribe who works across all sectors and subject matters.

Play came to this work as an accomplished writer, poet, events manager, academic, and filmmaker, and after spending years immersed in the visual languages and landscapes of the American and Irish Deaf communities. All of these skills and experiences meet in the practices of listening, synthesizing and reflecting that comprise Play’s present work as a facilitator and scribe. ​

Play holds an MA in Deaf Studies (cultural studies emphasis) from Gallaudet University, and a BA in Film & Media Studies, and Women’s Studies, from the University of Rochester. Play graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa and is an alumni of the Fulbright Program.

Stephen Bohls

Whiteboard Video Partner/Film Maker/Editor

Stephen co-founded Drawmation Studios with Katherine in 2014 to make the whiteboard videos clients kept asking her for. Stephen is a filmmaker and digital video editor with a specialty in music, documentary and graphic design.

An editor since 1994, he has cut hundreds of projects including national commercial campaigns, documentaries, feature films, and scores of music videos. He brings over 20 years of experience to every edit he makes, and has a special ear for what works in the realm of sound. He works on a state-of-the-art Avid Media Composer  with Adobe Creative Cloud graphics support. When he’s not shooting and editing video, he travels, hones his 100-mile-an-hour tennis serve and teaches elementary school kids stop motion animation using his vast Lego brick collection (one of the largest in the known universe.)

Jessica Jarvis

She is a highly effective meeting process designer and facilitator with extensive experience in the areas of strategy formation, change management, and scenario planning.

Jessica has worked on strategic planning, multi-stakeholder engagement and leadership development initiatives for over ten years with clients in a host of industries such as energy, arts, biotech, government, education, healthcare, banking/financial services, law, and media, as well as family legacy and leadership planning engagements. Jessica makes group conversation visible by using her skills in deep listening, information synthesis, and intuitive visual processing. The real-time visual record of a meeting that she creates optimizes group learning and productivity. Jessica travels the country designing and recording highly complex senior-level meetings for clients that range from Fortune 500 multinational corporations to governmental agencies and family enterprises. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She is also a member of the International Forum of Visual Practitioners (IFVP).
